Subsidiaries and Related Companies
The Company engages in wholesale business for computers, software, peripherals, and various office automation equipment in Thailand. The Company was established in 1998 before being registered on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in 2004.
In 2009, the Company established a subsidiary named SiS Venture Company Limited to engage in investment activities in other companies, holding a 99.99% equity stake in the subsidiary.
In 2010, the Company established a subsidiary named Cool Distribution (Thailand) Company Limited to engage in the business of distributing IT products, smartphones, and services to computer-related businesses, holding a 99.99% equity stake in the subsidiary. At present, the Company is undergoing organizational restructuring to enhance its service-oriented business operations.
In 2014, SiS Venture Company Limited, subsidiary of the Company, invested in common shares of Nippon Pack Trading Company Limited, which is a subsidiary of Nippon Pack (Thailand) Public Company Limited who is a company registered on the SET. The investment aims to support the advertising media business, with a primary focus on electronic media. The Company currently holds a 49% equity stake in Nippon Pack Trading Company Limited.
In 2021, SiS Venture Company Limited made an investment in common shares of P T Automation (Thailand) Company Limited., holding a 99.99% equity stake in the subsidiary. This investment is aimed at supporting the business of distributing Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) equipment.
In addition, there is no cross-shareholding and pyramidal-shareholding among the group of companies.
