Subject : Reporting on Company's Financial Performance for the Quarter 2/2007

SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to announce Financial Report for the quarter 2/2007 as of June 30, 2007 which is reviewed by registered auditors. The company's net profit for the quarter is 28.7 million baht, increased by 11.6 million baht or increased by 68.0 % over same period of last year. The details are as followings:

1) Total Revenue
The total revenue for the second quarter, ended June 30, 2007, is 2,729.8 million baht,increased by 18.3% over same period of last year. Over the past year, the political situation has impacted to many projects, resulting the buying is reduced but the total revenue in the second quarter still rose. The reasons for that result are not only the selling order from government project amounting 140 million baht but also the increasing of selling products and of selling channels which were supported the customers' need of individual at the higher level.

2) Total Expense
The total expense for the second quarter, ended June 30, 2007 is 2,667.5 million baht, increased by 17.6% over same period of last year. This rising of the total expense also follows the rising of total revenue.

3) Net Profit
The net profit for the second quarter, ended June 30, 2007 is 28.7 million baht,increased by 68.0% over same period of last year. The increased percentage is high because the sales volume and sales mix of high margin product increased. Moreover, the strengthen baht currency affect the low-cost products.
