Subject : Reporting on Company's Financial Performance for the Quarter
          1/2006


To : The Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand

        SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to
announce Financial Report for the quarter 1/2006 as of March 31, 2006 which
are reviewed by registered auditors. The company's net profit for the quarter
is 27.40 million baht increased by 6.40 million baht or increase by 30.21 % over
same period of last year. The detail are as follows :

1. Total revenue for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 is 2,387.58 million
baht, increased by 378.55  million baht or increased by 18.84% over same period
of last year. The gross profit is 113.20 million baht, increased by 5.81 million
baht or increased by 5.41% over same period of last year. The growth of total
revenue is in line with IT Industry growth.
2. Selling and administrative expenses (SG&A) for the first quarter ended March
31, 2006 is 73.20 million baht, decreased by 0.80 million baht.
3. Net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 increased by 6.40
million baht from exchange rate which caused by strengthen in baht currency
when compared with the same quarter of last year amounting to 5.10 million baht.
