The change of shareholding ratio of major shareholders

SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that the Company has been informed by SiS Technologies (Thailand) Pte. Ltd, Mr. Somchai Sittichaisrichart and Mr. Sombati Pungsrinont which are the Company's major shareholders, that SiS Technologies (Thailand) Pte. Ltd which are holding 29.25% shares had acquired approximately additional 20.26 % shares in the Company by purchasing from Mr. Somchai Sittichaisrichart 20,410,000 shares which equal to 10.13 % and from Mr. Sombati Pungsrinont of 20,410,000 shares which equal to 10.13 % shares of the Company. .

As a result of such acquisition, the ratio of major shareholders of the Company had changed as follows: SiS Technologies (Thailand) Pte.Ltd's shareholding in the Company has increased to 49.51%, Mr. Somchai Sittichaisri chart's shareholding has decreased to 8.49% and Mr. Sombati Pungsrinont's shareholding has decreased to 8.49%. In this connection, SiS Technologies (Thailand) Pte. Ltd, together with Mr.Somchai Sittichaisrichart and Mr.Sombati Pungsrinont already submitted the Report of the Acquisition or Disposition of Securities in a Business in Form 246-2 to Securities and Exchange Commission and The Stock Exchange of Thailand..
