Report for the change of holding of major shareholders

SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the Company) would like to inform that SiS Technologies (Thailand) Pte.Ltd. who is major holder of the Company has acquired from Mr. Somchai Sittichaisrichart and Mr. Sombati Pungsrinont because SiS Technologies (Thailand) Pte Ltd is confident in investing in Thailand and has good returns on investment hence would like to invest more in the company. The acquisition does not effect existing management policy.
