Subject : Reporting on Company's Financial Performance for the Quarter 3/2006

          SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to announce Financial Report for the quarter 3/2006 as of September 30, 2006 which are reviewed by registered auditors. The company's net profit for the quarter is 25.88 million baht increased by 1.61 million baht or increased by 6.62 % over same period of last year. For the nine months period of 2006 as of September 30, 2006 the company's net profit is 70.38 million baht , increased by 2.85 million baht or increased by 4.22% over same period of last year. The details are as follows :

1. Total revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 is 2,296.25 million baht, decreased by 54.62 million baht or decreased by 2.32% over same period of last year Due to uncertain political in Thailand, which delay many projects. However, total revenue for the nine months period of 2006, ended September 30, 2006 is 6,990.40 million baht, increased by 564.84 million baht or increased by 8.79% over same period of last year. The growth of total revenue is still in line with IT Industry growth in Thailand.

2. The gross profit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 is 121.05 million baht, increased by 3.84 million baht or increased by 3.27% over same period of last year. The gross profit for the nine months ended September 30, 2006 is 331.16, decreased by 9.85 million baht or decreased by 2.89% over same period of last year The lower gross profit is a result of higher competition and company's direction to reduce inventory by pushing sales during second quarter which will help improving the efficiency of working capital utilization.

3. Selling and administrative expenses (SG&A) for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 is 84.01 million baht, increased by 1.85 million baht or increased by 2.25% over same period of last year however the increase of expenses is lower than the increase of gross profit. For the nine months period as of September 30, 2006, the company's selling and administrative expenses (SG&A) is 222.92 million baht, decreased by 13.34 million baht or decreased by 5.65% over same period of last year. They mainly decreased from reduction in inventory reserve level which caused by better inventory management.
