Subject : Reporting on Company's Financial Performance for the year of 2006

To : The Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand

SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to announce Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2006 which is audited by certified public accountant. The company's net profit for the year is 92.97 million baht increased by 4.84 million baht or increase by 5.49 % over last year. The detail are as follows :

1. Total revenue for year ended December 31, 2006 is 9,294.74 million baht, increased by 521.74 million baht or increased by 5.95% over last year. The gross profit is 467.05 million baht, increased by 5.81 million baht or increased by 1.26% over last year. The growth of total revenue is decreased over last year due to political change which delay many projects and effect to consumer confidence. But ratio of computer usage to our population is low, so IT business still have growth onwards.

2. Selling and administrative expenses (SG&A) for the year ended December 31, 2006 is 330.53 million baht, increased by 9.88 million baht or 3.08% over last year. The company has changed inventory management by reduction in inventory reserve level to reduce company's risk.
