Subject : Reporting on Company's Financial Performance for the Quarter 3/2007

SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to announce Financial Report for the quarter 3/2007 as of September 30, 2007 which is reviewed by registered auditors. The company's net profit for the quarter is 37.8 million baht, increased by 12.0 million baht or increased by 46.2 % over same period of last year. The details are as followings:

1) Total Revenue
The total revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007, is 2,841.4 million baht, increased by 23.7% over same period of last year. The growth of total revenue by 23.7% comes from the continuing growth in IT Industry especially in PDA Phone which is up in this quarter.

2) Total Expense
The total expense for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007 is 2,768.8 million baht, increased by 23.5% over same period of last year. This rising of the total expense also follows the rising of total revenue.

3) Net Profit
The net profit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007 is 37.8 million baht, increased by 46.2% over same period of last year. The increased percentage of profit margin from 5.3 to 6.2 is in line with sales growth and sales mix of high margin product. However, the growth of high margin product is due to new model and popular product in the quarter which may not be continuing situation.
