Subject : Notification of Articles of Association registration

To : Managing Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand

As The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2008 which was held on March 28th, 2008 has approved to revise the Articles of Association Number 5 on limitation of shareholding of foreigner as "Shareholding of foreigner in the company shall not exceed 49% of the total issued and paid-up share capital".

The company has already registered the change of the Articles of Association to the Ministry of Commerce dated April 11, 2008
