Trading Commencement of "SIS-F"
As SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SIS) has amended the Company's Articles of Association on Foreign Shareholding Limit from unlimited transfer of shares by foreign shareholder to limited transfer of shares by foreign shareholder to be no more than 49% of paid-up shares, the SET has now been currently informed that the company has completed the legal process.
As a result of all actions taken, effective from April 22,2008 onwards, the common shares of SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited will be allowed to trade on foreign board under the symbol of "SIS-F".
