Reporting on operating results for Quarter 1/2008

Subject : Reporting on Company's Financial Performance for the Quarter 1/2008

SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to announce Financial Report for the quarter 1/2008 as of March 31, 2008 which is reviewed by registered auditors. The company's net profit for the quarter is 51.4 million baht, increased by 29.2 million baht or increased by 131.6 % over same period of last year. The details are as followings:

1) Total Revenue
The total revenue for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008, is 2,929.7 million baht, increased by 30.0% over same period of last year. The growth of total revenue comes from the continuing growth in IT Industry in Thailand.

2) Total Expense
The total expense for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008 is 2,842.4 million baht, increased by 28.7% over same period of last year. This rising of the total expense also follows the rising of total revenue.

3) Net Profit
The net profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008 is 51.4 million baht, increased sharply by 131.6% over same period of last year. Net profit improved from many factors as follows :

- Increase in sales volume especially increase in sales mix of high profit products.

- Improvement of liquidity from bank security deposits released by ended of 2007.

- Reduction of product cost from strong Thai baht.
