According to SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SIS) hold the Annual General Meeting
No.1/2009 on Friday, 27 March, 2009 at 10.00 a.m. at Board Room 2, Queen Sirikit National Convention
Center, New Ratchadapisek Road, Klong-toey, Bangkok 10110.

SiS would like to inform that SiS has disclosed the Invitation Letter and detail of each agenda of the Annual
General Meeting No.1/2009 on the Company's website www.sisthai.com since February 26, 2009 for
shareholders' acknowledgment.
