SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to inform detail of increasing the registered capital of the Company as follow:
Issue new ordinary share 10,000,000 shares of par value of 1 baht each, total amount 10,000,000 baht. The allocation to directors and employees more than 5% in rate 1:1 as follow:
Mr.Somchai Sitthichaisrichart 600,000 units
Mr.Sombati Pungsrinont 600,000 units
The price is book value of first quarter of 2010.
The aging of right are 3 years and can be exercise in June and December of every year and the first time is 1 June 2010 and the last exercise will be on 1 December 2012.
