The 2010 Annual General Meeting of SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SIS) will be held on April 2, 2010 at 10.00 a.m. at Diamond Room, Grand Mercure Fortune Hotel, No.1 Ratchadapisek Road, Huaykwang, Dingdaeng, Bangkok.

SiS would like to inform that SiS has disclosed the Invitation Letter and detail of each agenda of the Annual General Meeting No.1/2010 on the Company's web site name "www.sisthai.com" since March 3, 2010 for shareholders' acknowledgment.
